The Finnish War is a real-time strategy game for 1-2 players. It was released in February 2022.
The game centers around the eponymous Finnish War of the early 19th century, a part of the larger Napoleonic Wars. While being a full-fledged RTS, the game also has a deeper ‘survival’ mechanic, which aims to set it apart from regular real-time strategy titles. Players must take measures to combat the harsh Nordic winter, hunt food for their troops and avoid multiple wilderness hazards. Only by surviving these obstacles, they may have a chance to best their actual foes.
